📄 Terms & Conditions – Reef Runner Charters
- Charter Cancellation by Operator:
In the event Reef Runner Charters cancels a charter, guests may rebook at their convenience or receive a full refund of any payments made. - Weather Confirmation:
Guests will be contacted the evening prior (between 4:00–6:00 PM) to reconfirm suitable weather conditions for charter commencement.
Traveling from a distance? Please check with us in advance for any trip updates. - Liability & Personal Effects:
Reef Runner Charters’ liability is limited to the value of the charter fare paid. No responsibility is accepted for passengers’ personal belongings. - Alcohol & Conduct:
Alcohol is BYO (no glass containers permitted) and may be consumed in moderation.
Drunken or disorderly behavior may result in early termination of the trip without refund. - Guest Preparation:
Passengers are advised to bring sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, and protective clothing suitable for sun, sea, and wind exposure. - Pricing:
Unless stated otherwise, all prices are inclusive of GST and GBRMPA fees.
A surcharge applies to credit card payments. - COVID Disruptions:
In cases where COVID-19 restrictions impact travel plans, Reef Runner Charters will refund all monies paid.
Cancellation Policy

- Deposit & Booking Confirmation:
A $500 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Please provide contact name, phone number, and email.
Bookings are not held without a deposit unless otherwise agreed. - Payment:
The remaining balance is payable on the day of travel or in advance if preferred.
Tax invoices or receipts are issued upon request or on the day of the trip. - Cancellations – Sole Charter Bookings:
- Cancellations/changes may be made up to 7 days prior to departure with a full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.
